Our Process

Our complimentary in-home consultation is designed to provide you with tailored advice and insights that align with your specific needs and aspirations. During this meeting, one of our experienced designers as well as a member of our construction team will visit your home to discuss your vision, assess your space, and establish a foundation for your remodeling project.

Based on our discussion and assessment, we will provide preliminary design ideas, material suggestions, and style recommendations that resonate with your vision and lifestyle and incorporate them into a thoughtful estimate tailored to your specific needs while keeping your budget in mind.

When the decision is made that we are the right fit for each other, we will ask for a small design fee to accelerate your project into the next phase.

Once the general design and budget are agreed upon this is when the real fun starts! 

 Together, we hold meetings to review design layouts and make material selections, including cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes. Our team provides expert guidance to help you choose options that complement your style and budget.

We create customized layouts for your kitchen or bath, accompanied by color renderings. This visual representation allows you to see how your space will look and feel, ensuring that it aligns with your vision.

Once you’re satisfied with the layout and material choices, we finalize the design. This includes confirming all selections and making any necessary adjustments to ensure everything is perfect.

Finally, we prepare a detailed contract that outlines the finalized design, material selections, construction outline and pricing. This step ensures clarity and sets the foundation for a smooth remodeling process.

When your materials arrive we will be ready to begin the construction and installation phase.  Prior to getting started we will schedule a meeting onsite with your designer and chosen contractor (whether its one of our preferred partners or the Project Manager of your choice)  to allow for a seamless transition from design to construction.  

We understand that remodeling can be a HUGE inconvenience, leaving you without out a kitchen or bathroom for weeks to several months depending on the scope.  We strive to maintain open and upfront communication to ensure your project is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
